After our wedding, we drove to the Chateau de la Treyne, on the Dordogne River – another breathtaking place.
This day included a pre-breakfast breakfast (with strawberry juice!!), a hot air balloon ride at Rocamadour, breakfast (with kiwis and personal quiches!), walking around the chateau’s grounds, and a gastronomic dinner that is not possible to imagine (and without photos, youll have to try to imagine it anyway).

I’ve begun sewing the hexies together for my fussy-cut EPP Hexie Dreams quilt.
All the hexies are prepped now for my Hexie Dreams fussy-cut English Paper Piecing quilt.
I used an acrylic template to make some soup bowl cozies.
Thirty more hexies have been prepped for my Hexie Dreams fussy-cut English paper piecing quilt. I’m either ready to start piecing them together, or just a few more to go – time will tell what I decide!
