So, I recently posted that I participated in a holiday giveaway by Tricia at The Embroiderer’s Story and I won something. Imagine my surprise when I won a second thing! She sent me this Just CrossStitch magazine that includes one of her projects. The bees and butterflies use perforated paper cards for their wings.

Sadly, if you are looking to make this project, the Tokens and Trifles company had to close up shop. Tricia writes about it here – it includes a short interesting history about perforated paper and then the economic history of the small niche business. I’ll definitely save these for that special project!
